Rip-off

Greed. seriously sometimes the greed of Man is really sickening - people do anything and everything just so it can benefit just purely themselves, without any regard for others at all. really disgusting. sometimes i really wonder what we've become, money grabbing, inconsiderate people. i mean with China's melamine-in-milk case, it's like come on, plastic in baby milk? i bet they didn't even think about how it'll affect babies - like kill them. And why? i sure they just wanted to cut costs of protein to put in the milk just to pass the standards. Grrrr.

anyway, today got ripped off at lunch as well. with all these people cutting costs left right. we went to eat laksa and porridge on mountbattan. to be honest the laksa was still alright, thought the portion was seriously reduced. but the porridge was like...ughh. first yes the portion was also severly reduced and it was like diluted beyond anything. really, 80% of the spoonful of porridge was pure water. does rice costs so much nowadays that they have to cut cost until like that?? and the price was absolutely the same and still pretty high.ah it won't be a national crisis but it sure affected their business. i'm not going there again. 

okay. rant over.

tomorrow. yes, i'm going to start dying tomorrow. haha. it'll either be because of the screaming from teachers and parents because of my horrid disgustingly terrible marks OR because when i see those horridly disgustingly terrible marks i would mug myself into my grave anyway. punchline: i really really don't wanna get my marks back tomorrow. yikes. thinking about it and how close The-terrible-Os are nearly gave me a nightmare yesterday.

but nevermind, today is still today so i'm going to cherish it while it lasts. yes. and i'm feel very queer rather cos though i'm dreading tomorrow and the days to come, there's still stuff to look forward to. for instance, Brisingr is OUT! yes, the last book of Eragon. i'm not a huge fan but still i reckon it's a good book. my sister is bound to buy it anyway (she's more a fan than me). ANNDD... RADIO:active (the album i've long awaited to buy) is coming to me. yes! i ordered it and it has been dispatched and on the way to Singapore. Hurrah! Cant wait for it.
